How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in the pouch or box provided with your purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If your jewelry breaks or tarnishes excessively due to a production flaw, we will replace it free of charge.
